Time: 30 minutes
Warm-up: Choose One  
A) If you do not have a scarf at home. You can use anything in your house that you can safely play catch with.

B) Because I am Happy Warm-up. Follow the video below!!! Make sure you have your volume turn-up. Have fun!! 


Main Activity: Choose Either A or B – 20 Minutes

A) Avengers Endgame Fitness Training
: See the video below and attempt the activity. You can pause the video if you need to review the instructions!! Have fun with it!! PS you can do these activities with your parent/guardians and/or brothers/sisters.



B) Home Scavenger Hunt

Closing Activity (Mindful Minute Cool Down): 5-7 minutes

Watch the video below. Whether on your chromebook, TV, Laptop, IPAD, and complete the Boom Dance Activity!!! This will take about 2 minutes.  If you do NOT have technological device an alternative activity will be available below.

Fun Activity

State Standard: 2 & 3

Grade: K-5
Purpose of Event: Enjoying Movement!!
Time: Up To You!!!

Choose One: Activity A or B

Activity A: Fitness Board Game. Follow the instructions on the image. You do NOT have a dice; you can use a coin (quarter, dime, nickel, and/or pennies) flip the coin and heads = move 3 spots. Tails = move 4 spots. 


Activity B (Choose One from the list):

Invent a tag game and play for 10 Minutes
Take a 5 minute walk around your house
Run 3 laps around  your house (weather is going to be nice!!!)

  1. Avery loves the happy song so he and his little sister Amelia did that warm up and he loves Avengers so he did the Avengers endgame exercises. 🙂 Both completed today indoors since it was raining today 🙁

  2. She liked the warm up dance but didn’t care for the main activity mostly because she said “I just don’t like Star Wars”. LOL — great way to stay active though 🙂

    1. Not a problem. Tell Madison thats why (I) Mr. Kirsch puts a variety of activities on the blog each week. She can choose the ones she likes. 😊😊👍👍
