Warm-up: Choose One  
A) Complete the exercises as shown on the image below.

B) ABC Scavenger Hunt
Those students without Technology your activity is below. ABC Scavenger Hunt!!! Follow instructions below and perform the exercise that represents each letter!! Have fun practicing your spelling!!!! 

 



Closing Activity (Mindful Minute Cool Down): 5-7 minutes

A) Watch the video below. Whether on your chromebook, TV, Laptop, IPAD, and complete the Bottle Flip Chaos Activity!!!  If you do NOT have technological device an alternative activity will be available below.

B) Those students without Technology your can complete the ==> May The Force Be With You Workout!!! If you do not know what a certain exercise is ==> you can make up one or perform an exercise that you know (ie., sit-ups, running, high knees, and/or pushups). Follow the directions on the image below.

Main Activity:

A) Follow the instructions on the video!!! This or That Activity!! There are different exercises for you to perform (you choose either “This or That.”) There is a timer embed on the slide (20 seconds). Click the play button on the Youtube timer to start each round.

Crazy Card Fitness
Those students without Technology your activity is below ==> Follow the directions on the image below. If you do NOT have a deck of cards you can use a coin as we did in a previous activity (penny, nickel, dime, and/or quarter). Heads = Spade/Club  Tails = heart/diamonds


Closing Activity:

Calm Down Yoga will help slow down your heart rate and work on some deep breathing.

  1. Nirob really enjoy the This and That workout video. Nishal enjoyed the Justice League Fitness video. They both tried and did good on the yoga calming videos. They also do alot of running in the backyard.

  2. HELLO, Avery H. #103 and his little sister (pre-k) completed last weeks PE yesterday 5/10/20. they did Indoor recess, the Justice League video and the cool down. I didnt get a video of them this time, but they had fun.

  3. Kady and Karter Lyke completed indoor recess, justice league activity, and the cool down. Thank you!

    Kevin ponce 303 did bottle flip chaos / crazy card fitness and yoga sequence

  5. Lily says – My favorite was the go noodle warm up! I liked the training with Wonder Woman!

  6. Done! I did the bottle flip activity, the ski jumps, the wide jumps, the high plank, the bicycle crunch, the air squat, the push up, the mountain climbers, and the reverse lunge. Finishing with the ypga activity.
